Races are single stage. The stopwatch does not stop in between, but taking breaks at ultra distances, resting and walking are all part of the race, it is planned and implemented.
Walking is normal on ultra trails, as long as you pass the time limits you will not be disqualified. Many competitors walk steep slopes, take walking breaks at regular intervals, meet the need to eat and drink while walking instead of stopping, and take walking breaks when they experience pain.
The organization will not establish an additional facility to the track. The need can be met in nature in the mosque, coffeehouse and other facilities you can find on the road or in suitable places. Toilet paper should not be left in the environment in nature.
The entire path will be marked. It is not a wayfinding race, it is not necessary to find directions with a map and compass. Signs will be in the form of painted arrows, warning ribbons and signboards in certain places on the road/side of the road. There will be reflective tape on the warning ribbons after 60 km.
Go back to the point where you last saw the signs and look around more carefully. Under normal conditions, you will see signs at maximum 150-200 meters (where the road is single and without a turn). The average spacing will be like 50m.
99% of the route passes through unlit areas. You will find your way with your own light. Your flashlight batteries and spares should be fresh. Reflective (shining in the light) marking materials will be used in the night stage. Being able to illuminate far away will allow you to see farther.
Cell phone pulls for most of the route. Turkcell pulls the best in the first 60 km.
There is. Do not forget that those who start with a baton carry their baton to the finish, cannot leave it on the road, cannot give it to the support team, cannot leave it in the drop bag.
You can do it if your resting strategy calls for it, you should sleep in safe spots. Remember that your period does not stop while you sleep.

Everyone on the team receives the ITRA score of the stage they successfully completed. Your teammate's cut-off does not affect your score.
In relay race courses, you take part in team classification. There is no age category or individual classification.
The number of men and women in the team is not important. Women's team classification is opened only for women's teams.
